Today, November 22, 2024, at 9:00 PM, AMAT presents L’Histoire du Soldat by Stravinsky as part of the chamber concert series at the Teatro Goldoni in Livorno.
The version of the opera is the one updated by the direction of Paola Benocci.
The cast includes the director herself as the narrator and performer, Enrico Costantini in the role of the soldier, and Nicole Perfigli, the dancer-princess from the Balletto di Siena, conducted by Marco Batti. The chamber orchestra is the AMAT ensemble, conducted by Concetta Anastasi, with Alberto Bologni, Barbara Betti, Tazio Borgognoni, Leonardo Percival Paoli, Camilla Dragoni, Fausto Antonini, and Camilla Cantara.
The performance is produced in collaboration with the Teatro Goldoni, Opera Laboratori, and Sillabe.
